Description:
Enrich your experience with Spanish Speaking Customers. Beginner’s Spanish for the Professional is designed for Professionals who are in contact with Spanish-speaking customers. With front-line professionals in mind, this course will help you begin to speak general and job specific Spanish. You will learn to pronounce correctly, develop ability and some tools to comprehend native speakers on a basic level, and link words and phrases together in a correct order. As part of the course, a mini- manual will be included that covers the following topic areas: basic needs, greetings, survival expressions, grammar, comprehension, communication, locations, becoming acquainted, describing characteristics, restaurant, telephone, and travel.
Objectives:
  • Opportunity to interact with Native Speakers, pickup on some cultural norms, and add to your overall experience with several optional cultural activities
