Instructor Michael J. Stevens is a professor of management and a Buehler Research Fellow in the Goddard School of Business and Economics at Weber State University where he currently serves as the chair of the Business Administration Department. His primary areas of expertise include improving organizational performance through company culture and teamwork, empowerment and cross-cultural effectiveness, individual assessment and selection, leadership development and interpersonal effectiveness in a diverse workplace.
