Description:
Course will cover the legal aspects of contracts and bidding, types of construction documents including bonds, interpretation of technical building specifications and their application to selection and installation of materials, equipment and systems. The Construction Specification Institute Index System (CSI) database will be used. Students will study contracts, specifications, and organizations such as the AGC, ABC and NAHB.
