Whether your organization is in health care, law enforcement, public safety, banking, retail or another field; frontline customer service employees need to understand and speak enough Spanish to serve your Spanish-speaking customers. We customize this course to match the vocabulary of your most common transactions. Choose to hold this course in a classroom environment or as an interactive multi-media server-based course. We also offer online testing and tracking so managers can monitor progress.
