Cancellation Policy

Participants will pay a minimum deposit toward the total cost of the trip. Unless the trip is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. WSU makes a serious commitment to provide study abroad opportunities for its students. By paying a deposit, participants show serious commitment toward going on the trip.  We determine by the number of participants who pay a deposit if there are enough people for the trip to proceed.  For this reason it is important that anyone paying the deposit be fully committed to going.  The deposit is considered the first payment.

If a participant cancels after putting down the deposit but before the 2nd payment is due
  • There is no commitment for making any future payments toward the trip
  • The deposit is non-refundable
  • Any amount paid over the deposit will be refunded at 100%.*
