Fancy Bread-Making Workshop


In three sessions, learn how to create fancy breads, including sourdough, tortillas, and cream puffs. The sourdough session will coach you on how to make great sourdough bread and maintain the starter. Then create amazing flour tortillas and chips that cost pennies to create. Finally, discover the art of making cream puffs, eclairs and churros.
