A Night of Watercolor

One night only! Spend three hours learning in the privacy of your own home as you discover step-by-step techniques in this online watercolor class. You’ll have ample opportunity to ask plenty of questions as you paint along with the instructor and other students.

Note: Students need to provide their own supplies.

  • Paint: Prang 8 or 16 color watercolor set.
  • Cold press watercolor pad 9"X16" (Canson has an affordable pad of 30 sheets on Amazon).
  • Brushes: One large flat brush between 1/2 to 1 inch, and one medium round brush around size 6 or 7.
  • Pencil
  • Eraser
  • Paper towels
  • Masking tape
  • Cup or dish for water
  • Board 10x16 inches to tape paper to. (You can get a Masonite board cut for you at one of the home improvement stores or you can improvise with kitchen table, a cutting board or an oversized clipboard. Basically, you need a hard surface to tape your artwork to so the paper will not warp and curl as you paint.)
  • Course delivery: This class will be delivered via Zoom only. You should receive the Zoom link through email no later than three days before class. If you don’t receive the link by this time, call 801-626-6600 during work hours.

    Wed | Oct. 6 6–9 p.m. | $25 Virtual via Zoom
