Breathing Techniques for Mind/Body Invigoration

Breathe slowly, deeply, and purposefully into your body, silencing the “inner critic.” As you relax your body, breathing can connect you to stored emotions and memories. It can also uncover limiting thought patterns. Release fear, shame and worry. Create higher perspectives on challenges, clarity and insights. Create less anxiousness, more calm, more confidence and clear decision making.
