Cooking for the Health of It - SERIES

This four-session, hands-on cooking series includes Mediterranean Diet Food Preparation, Food as Medicine, Cooking Under Pressure and Anti-inflammatory Food Preparation. Courses are $60 per session or $220 for all four classes.
