Been a while since your last math class?
Don't panic. Prep.
Move Forward
If you dread retaking math courses due to expired prerequisites, a prep course is the answer. Non-credit math prep courses will give you a one-semester prerequisite override so you can move on to more advanced math. Refresh your memory in preparation for the following courses: College Algebra (1050), Trigonometry (1060) and Precalculus (1080) Calculus I (1210)
Avoid Delays
Don't retake an entire semester of math. Instead, review essential material from previous classes to succeed in your next math course. The only requirement? You must attend 100 percent of prep classes.
Prep courses are offered the week before the semester starts.
