Description:
Students learn and practice techniques for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing a project, using both predictive and agile techniques. They also complete 11 labs that are designed to provide them with practice for important project management concepts. This course is completed at the student’s own pace and is a requirement for the Advanced Project Management Certificate. It requires completion of an online course and quizzes, along with supplemental reading and course work. Project Management Institute principles are applied throughout the course.
