The SHRM Certification course uses the SHRM Learning Modules as a guide to prepare individuals for the PHR /SPHR exam. The class focuses on the six bodies of knowledge tested by the HRCI certification exams: Strategic Management, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Total Rewards, Employee and Labor Relations, and Risk Management. The twelve week course reviews each body of knowledge with quizzes after each module. A final exam, using retired HRCI exam questions, is given at the end of the course as a simulation for the actual HRCI tests. This course can be taken to help prepare individuals for either PHR /SPHR exam.
