Description:
Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) is a systematic, organization-wide approach to identifying weak links and seeking out process-improving opportunities. Weber State University’s Continuing Education CPI Certificate Program uses the most recognized CPI methodologies – Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Thinking and Six Sigma- to teach participants how to establish a culture of continuous process improvement and thereby achieve maximum bottom-line results.
Objectives:
  • Provide basic knowledge, background, and history regarding Theory of Constraints, Lean Thinking, and Six Sigma and their application to CPI
  • Convey the benefits of a multiple methodology approach to CPI
  • Provide the foundation for expanded CPI/TLS training
