Description:
This course, using statistical applications, prepares the participant to work as a design team member to incorporate reliability considerations into a basic design. Course content provides information on application of proven techniques to achieve quality product results. This course also helps prepare the participant for the Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) examination.

  • Understand design reliability and its relationship to quality engineering
  • Learn prediction, estimation and apportionment methods
  • Review human factors in reliability
  • Review data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Learn mathematical models and software reliability methodology
