Salespeople can sell more effectively by understanding the behavioral styles of their customers and applying appropriate communication techniques. This course uses personality profiling and behavioral-styles profiling to assess account representatives, retail salespersons, sales engineers, industrial product salespersons, and other individuals involved in the sales process. By learning techniques of relating directly to the individual, the salesperson can sell more effectively.
