Description:
This 4-day in-person course prepares students to take either the Project Management Professional (PMP®) or the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM®) exam. This course fulfills the PMI® training prerequisites outlined in the PMP® exam application. Students attending this course will be instructed in important project management principles, along with critical techniques for preparing the application and passing the certification exam required to earn the PMP® or the CAPM® credential. Students will spend time with faculty members evaluating their experience and background to select and qualify to test for the appropriate PMI credential. This course is a requirement for the Advanced Project Management Certificate. Project Management Institute principles are applied throughout the course; it is, therefore, critical in preparation for certification. Extensive prep work, participation, reading, and practice exams make this a 128 clock hour course. Supplies, books, etc. provided with course: We provide all required course materials, including access to an online, asynchronous, self-paced, supplemental course and our exam simulator with questions that come directly from the Project Management Institute.
