Much more than a standard Project Management Professional exam prep course, this sophisticated certification program will prepare you to become a well-rounded project manager who is set up to succeed.

Prepare to earn the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional or Certified Associate of Project Management certifications through Petersen Training’s comprehensive curriculum. This multi-part certificate includes self-paced online labs, in-person simulations of real-world scenarios and thorough exam preparation.

Components:

Project Management Fundamentals: Key PM Concepts (Time to complete: 48 hours)
In this online course* that features 11 self-paced labs, learn fundamental project management concepts such as scope, time, cost, quality and risk management. You will also learn to communicate and develop your leadership skills.

*All online courses are pass/fail, at your own pace and include an online course and test, supplemental reading and course work. The course must be fully completed within six months of starting.

Project Management Training Camp Simulation
Act as a real project manager in a real-time situation, using practical, hands-on skills. Work in a team-based environment, using computer simulation software to solve realistic problems while applying various project-management techniques.

Guiding Organizational Change Simulation
Exercise your complete range of Project Management tools while managing a significant corporate project,, then guide others through the unsettling distress of major organizational changes. You will be assessed on your ability to guide a team through real-time projects with multiple, simultaneous organizational changes. Learn to lead faster, with less pain and better outcomes.

Project Management Professional Exam Preparation
Prepare to take either the Project Management Professional or the Certified Associate of Project Management exam. You will spend time with faculty members who will evaluate your experience and teach you important project management principles, along with critical techniques for preparing your application and passing your exam.

This option allows students to attend CEPR 1212, CEPR 1213, CEPR 1214 and CEPR 1215. 470 total contact hours.
