Concepts applied include proper investigations and conflict resolution in order to minimize risk when in pressure situations such as layoffs, terminations, discipline, etc. Change management issues include buyouts, acquisitions, budget cuts, expansions, downsizing, relocating, and how they should and should not be handled from the HR perspective.
