An effective facilitator can keep a team on track. Advanced facilitation helps you start meetings, keep moving through the agenda, and wrap up the group’s objectives.
Objectives:
  • Select meeting participants
  • Plan meeting agendas
  • Create formative and summative evaluations
  • Design written evaluations/feedback forms
  • Evaluate common facilitator errors
  • Intervene productively in difficult situations, deal with difficult participants
  • Use brainstorming, Crawford Slip technique (sticky notes), affinity diagrams
