Description:
Java Programming: Java is an object-oriented, general purpose programming language. This hands-on class will teach you everything you need to build stand-alone applications and/or applets with Java. This class is designed for people who have a firm grasp of programming concepts such as: looping, branching, functions, passing arguments to functions and returning values from functions. While Java, to some extent, is based on the C programming language, no prior knowledge of C is assumed. Nor is any prior knowledge of object-oriented programming assumed. The class may be accelerated for groups already familiar with these topics. Advanced Java Programming: In this course participants will learn the advanced applications of Java Programming. Included will be in-depth coverage of Java Servlets and Java Server Pages (JSPs) as defined by Sun’s Servlet, JSP and J2EE specifications.
