Description:
Theory of Constraints (TOC), developed by Eliyahu Goldratt and Bob Fox, is a business decision-making process designed for continuous improvement. TOC challenges the traditional measures and outcomes conducted in department silos to be revised to global integrated company-wide systems. The program is designed for company executives and upper management team members who have operations and/or profit and loss responsibility. Participants should have the responsibility for setting company policy and direction. The program presents the introduction to some forward- thinking concepts that will help the planning and development of operational strategies for your particular plant. It can also include simulation exercises for application of the techniques. Courses can be customized according to the depth and detail desired.
